CV – Curriculum vitae

Since June 2025, I have been working as Group Alliance Manager for A1 Group – Telekom Austria AG. Previously, I was employed by A1 Telekom Austria AG as Alliances Manager. In both roles – currently at an international level, previously for Austria – I work with my team and stakeholders to optimize our business relationships in all aspects. The main goal is to achieve competitive advantages through the strategic and focused development of partnerships with strategic vendors. Additionally I work  as a Speaker for Cybersecurity. Before I was the Head of the Security Hub in the Business Unit Enterprise. The main focus of my team were business clients, the development of solutions in cyber security, planning as well as selling. Before that I was the head of Medium Enterprise and responsible for a sales team in Vienna.

I graduated at the university of economy  Vienna as a Mag. in Business and Management, and I’m certified and educated marketing and salestrainer.

After graduating, I worked as a consultant at OGM in the areas of telecommunications and finance. I then realized the largest Austrian online store with Raiffeisen Bausparkasse. I trained sales staff there for the first time.

In 2000, I moved to COLT Telecom, an international provider. I worked as Marketing Manager and was part of the management team. 

From 2002 to 2009 I was Key Account Manager at OnTec Software Solutions GmbH and sold individual software in the areas of Oracle and Java and was part of the strategic team at OnTec.

In 2009, I moved to A1 ICT Services GmbH (formerly NTT, Dimension Data and NextiraOne Austria GmbH) as Senior Sales Manager for the Territory division.

In 2017, I moved to A1 as Sales Manager Commercial for Vienna. After three years, I took up the position of Head of the Security Hub and built up and expanded the security division with my team. My main tasks were product development, managing security sales and designing solutions for our sales departments. End2End responsibility included personnel responsibility as well as budget and sales targets for all A1 security topics.

Now I am responsible for the large alliances for A1 Group and I am developping strategies and expand the business in the ICT and security area.

Thanks to many years of personnel responsibility, I am very experienced in managing employees and teams. I am very sales-oriented and continuously develop new strategies to ensure long-term growth. I am a team player, very innovative and creative.

 I am a team player, very innovative and creative. I am married and enjoy playing golf, badminton, chess and skiing.

I only use mind maps for summaries and notes. I was a lecturer at several technical colleges and secondary schools (Personal Skills – Presentation Techniques, Leadership. Team, Conflict, Selling and Consulting).

I am an active speaker on the topic of security and cybersecurity awareness and organize large events such as Security Day, A1 Cisco Day and many more in my role as Alliances Manager.

I like to create and it is very important to me to develop people and generate growth together for the benefit of our customers and the company.
